The only drawback is the Installation Manual. I installed the mount myself and the TV, doing so revealed my dependency on the installation manual. The Installation Manual and Sanus could have be more intuitive, helpful and revealing to many quirks, nuances, and pitfalls that are learned while installing the mount.
For example, Sanus could have helped by stating there are many downloadable manuals, tips, and other documentation available online, and provide the website, depending on the TYPE of TV being installed. Sanus could have also stated some tips for specific TVs, which they do on their website, and helpful, however, they don't go in-depth to explaining some subjects.
Once you move past the installation, the TV mount is very sturdy, strong, and confidently performs as it's advertised!
Overall this SANUS TV mount is very nice! It gives the room the POP and WOW factor!
I'm purchasing my other mounts through SANUS
