I thought it was destined to sit on some out of the way shelf in my kitchen, taking up space, until I could rationalize re-gifting or donating. 3 years and many, many, many pizzas later; I am now here to replace it. It has become one of the most used appliances in my kitchen! It is fun to use and watch, something the kids can safely use, and creates great tasting pizza. Can't beat that!

Even if I had gotten to the point of putting water in it, it would have all leaked out before I could even begin to enjoy it. Don't waste your money

(More customer reviews)It's glass, which is nice, and you pull up on the top to get the straws. Unfortunately, it doesn't hold the normal bendy straws that people use. It only has room for the somewhat shorter and ridid straws. It's also hard as heck to get them crammed down under the lid!
