(More customer reviews)I have purchased several of these bags and they work fairly well. What can you expect for this price? There are two problems I've found. The interior lining tears very easily. Any boxes you may have: butter, milk, frozen foods, etc, will tear it. The second is the handles; they work fine in carrying the bag but the tendancy is to open the bags by grabbing and pulling the handles apart. As noted by another reviewer, the velcro grabs strongly. The handles are stitched for strength in carrying the bag but not for pulling apart. They easily tear away from the bag. This is why they now stress 'Now With EASY OPEN Pull Tabs'. I hope they work. Cashiers and baggers most likely use the handles to tear open the bags, as the tabs are relavitely small, so I suggest you open the bags before they get filled. This of couse is not a problem at home when you pack it yourself.

(More customer reviews)my daughter has used this lunch box for 2 school years now and it is still going strong. i wish it was a little bigger, a 20 oz bottle of water is too tall for the bag to close. it will hold a plastic sandwich box along with a juice box and the teeny snack size ziploc container. (i no longer use the included ice pack, it popped after 7 months, and it did take up a lot of room in the lunchbox.) the insulation factor may not be the best, without an ice pack yogurt at lunch time is not appetizing to my daughter...i use a hockey puck-sized ice pack that is more compact.

Based on reviews I thought I had found the bag for me. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The inside liner detached itself from the bag within a week. Ok, I can live with that since it was still in there and not torn, but then the pull strings closing it broke. Yes, I know I could rerun a string, but for what this bag costs I don't expect to have to do repairs when it's not even a year old. In my opinion, don't waste your money.

Almost every day to and from work. It's kept my drinks cold pretty much 'til the
end of the work day. The no-ice method of cooling (fold it up and put in the freezer
overnight) is what sold me on this line of bags.
During the summer I do add an additional freezer gel pack just in case.
My current bag is now worn and the zipper has finally given out. Can't find it in
the stores anymore. Luckily Amazon has it so I better get another one (or two)
while I have the chance.

(More customer reviews)I took a chance and ordered 3 of these even tho there were no dimensions listed in the product's description as there is for other insulated products.
So for those of you on the fence about this product here are are measurements: measuring the square flat bottom: 8 inches wide, 15 inches long and it is about 17 1/2 inches tall.
These are outside measurements so you must allow for the insulated lining sewn inside. The outside seems to be some kind of vinyl that appears sturdy and will wear well. The bag is made by Stout Stuff of Bentonville, Ark...(ring a bell as the home office for a national big box store???) The bag is made in China....of course. It has 2 handles of different lengths on each side of the bag and both are padded. The longer one would be for shoulder carry. There is a clear plastic flat pouch on the front so that you could put ID or food contents list for the bag. Nice touch ! There were loose threads everywhere but no raw seams and seems sewn well. I can't speak to the insulation qualities since I have not used it yet. I'll update when I use it for frozen groceries. It is well designed and I think it will hold a good amount of groceries, thank goodness. There is a velcro strip on the zippered top on the outside and a reverse velcro stip on the bottom. For the life of me I can't figure out their use unless it's just so simple I'm overlooking it. So far I would recommend for purchase just based on size and design.

Giant Hot or Cold Insulated Food Bag - Holds 30 Lbs Review

(More customer reviews)These bags are the best. I orginally bought several in Walmart. I have literally used them several times a month (every month) for 3 years now. They are still going strong. I started shopping at a wholesale store and needed more of these bags, so I bought similar bags at another store. After I use them I wipe the insides out and while doing so I discovered the "similar bags" have holes in them. So I will stick with these bags, they last years! It says they hold up to 30 pounds, I can attest to that maybe even more. They are very easy to flip inside out and wipe with a disenfectant wipe. On average my cold groceries sit in these bags for 1 - 2 hours, sometimes in a burning hot car while I shop in other stores and when I get home the stuff is still very cold, as a matter of fact when I open the bags I feel the cold swoosh out the bag.

(More customer reviews)I got one of these for my wife who needed something other than the generic lunch box/bag to bring to work. This was the perfect thing; she loves it because it looks like a small purse and she loves the colors. I think that it is the perfect lunch bag for her because she does not have to worry about one of her co-workers accidentally taking her lunch from the fridge. Anyway she gets lots of compliments and everyone notices her walking into the office with this fun lunch tote.
The only thing I should point out is that it is on the smaller side of lunch bags/boxes. It can easily fit an apple, yogurt and sandwich, but not some of the massive Tupperware containers some people use. This is not a bad thing though, because I don't think my wife would like this lunch tote if it was too large, and no longer looked like a small hand purse.
In short, I think my wife said it best; This lunch tote is a great way to make an everyday item much more fun and personal.
Now I kinda of wish they made one for guys.
