(More customer reviews)Although the final sprite was very nice and was what we expected. It took a long time and two tries to get it. The packaging was about the worst I have ever seen for item such as this. The first one arrived broken. We contacted the company several times in order to get a replacement. Although the people in customer service were very nice the other end of their operation really could stand some improvement. Although we were happy with the final product we doubt that we will order from this company again. Let me state again, the packageing for both tries was really horrid, we were surprised that the second was not broken as the first one was.
