(More customer reviews)The pitcher is beautiful but the spout is a joke. It doesn't even look like the picture. It looks like someone made two folds in the hot glass. It's not bad enough for me to return but I would not have purchased it if I had seen it in the store. If you plan to fill individual glasses rather than dumping it all out at once then look elsewhere.
