(More customer reviews)I have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about. This item is a WALL mount. The name is "Vanguard VM-211C Tilt WALL MOUNT for 15" to 30" not undercounter mount. It is EXACTLY like what the picture shows and identical in every way. I bought this because it is about the only small mount that tilts AND has offset screw holes to allow for it to be mounted off center on a stud. It is deeper than other small tv mounts available but the offset screw holes allowed me to keep the monitor centered while mounted to a stud that was a couple inches offset. If you are looking for a mount that is slim and very close to the wall this is not for you, this one is about 2" deep
It comes with very large lag bolts to mount it (3/8" i think) and I ended up using some smaller 1/4" ones since 3/8" was too large for mounting my small lightweight 19" monitor. The tilt adjustment screws on the sides of the mount will require the use of a large phillips screwdriver to tighten down. Not a big deal, but thumb screws or another method that does not require a philips screwdriver for adjustment would be better.
