(More customer reviews)I was really, truly disappointed over this product! You have to order this TWICE to get back two sets. I thought you only had to order it once for two sets and get back one order of two sets. IT ISN'T TRUE! When I called the man from the East & West to get some answers, he said he didn't have the time to help and just hung up! When you add the shipping to each order, you don't come out with a deal. You have to pay TWICE the shipping to get two sets back.
I thought that paying $.99 (the payment of twice the price of $.49 which was the cost of a first order of the jumbo straws) for the first order, took care of this order and one order of two sets would be coming. IT DOESN'T. I will never buy anything from EAST & WEST again!
