(More customer reviews)When I opened the box (which rattled) I saw the product wrapped in a bag and there was a large gap at the bottom, like it had not been assembled correctly. I took it out of the bag hoping that it was supposed to be like that but unfortunatly it was obvious that it was not snapped together properly. There was one screw loose in the box and something rattling around in the yogurt maker. Everything about it is cheaply made, you have to see one in person to appreciate the crappyness of it. The jars are small made of thin plastic. I don't see how they would hold up in a dishwasher, or even extended use. I have it ready to send back.
I don't see why it's so hard to get a consistant yogurt maker, all the thing has to do is keep milk warm. I have been cruising e-bay in search of old saltons, at least the jars are nice.
