(More customer reviews)You have to un-screw the bottom to get to the ice pack. But the plastic bottom is too hard to get off. Even my husband had trouble getting it off. Then, it's equally difficult to get back on. Trying it a few times did not make it any easier. Stupid product. Zero stars actually.
