(More customer reviews)Maybe I'm not supposed to keep them in the freezer at all times unless in dishwasher. But my mugs looked well and worked right...for a while.
The I got to see, touch, and play with the re-freezable gel-like matter in the inner chambers of the mug. Right after crack than split form down the length of each much. I like the thought of these so much, I'm willing to take the risk again.
This time, only putting the mugs in the freezer prior to using them. However I'd prefer they'd design these things so they can stay frozen for much much longer periods of time, before exploding.
