(More customer reviews)The only reason I gave this mug 3 stars is the first one I had cracked under normal use. I would have gave it 4 stars, because it needs to hold more. Don't know why it cracked. I called Amazon and they gave me all the instructions I needed to exchange. I recieved my new one in no time. The mug works great and keeps beverages cold a very long time without watering down your drink. I hope this one doesn't crack. I really like this mug....
